Welcome to my portfolio containing bits and pieces of my work over the past few years. I am based in Brisbane, Australia, and I have a passion for product, environment and video game design as well as project management.
About Me.
G'day! My name's Julia and I am seeking work in the Design field.
My senior years at Mt Maria College, Mitchelton (2020), saw me achieve 96% for Design and achieve multiple awards for topping the class. I went on to study at JMC Academy, Brisbane City, where I completed a Bachelors Degree in Creative Industries - Game Design (2022). I majored in 3D modelling and was appointed one of the department managers for the studio class. I went on to find an interest for management and completed a Diploma of Project Management through TAFE Queensland (2024). I have since been working toward a management role at my workplace of 4 years, Coles Supermarkets.
I am an organised person who works well in team situations and individually as well as possessing decisiveness with the ability to lead with passion, show genuine interest, growth and goal setting.
My love for design, creativity and management are where my strengths lay whilst also being skilled in 3D visualisation, product and environment design and video game development.
My technical, software and creative skills are focussed toward Maya, the Microsoft Suite, ShotGrid, Gantt Charts, ZBrush and Substance Painter, but I have the ability and want for learning new software and skills.
In my spare time I am invested in music, playing and teaching violin and dabling in piano. I have a passion for gardening and all things sustainability and a strong love for reading and learning.
